The hotel is situated on the 20th level with comfortable beds and modern air conditioning. The location is right across the Central Chaengwattana mall, offering a lively area but quite far from the middle city. The service was somewhat lacking with an unready receptionist. However, the hotel provides a variety of services like room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and paid shuttle service. The dining experience may involve small dishes. Overall, the hotel provides a mix of positive and negative aspects.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were modern with comfortable beds and a modern Airconditioning, which was nice. However, the service was lacking as the receptionist seemed unprepared to assist guests. The location, though convenient to a lively area and close to the mall, was quite far from the city center. The dining experience was unremarkable with limited healthy salad options. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were adequate and met basic needs.
As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I knew the location was perfect, right across the Central Chaengwattana mall and with a nice view of the public park nearby. The room on the 20th level was modern with excellent air conditioning and comfy beds. The service, unfortunately, was a bit lacking as the receptionist seemed unprepared. However, the facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable.
